It is in the best interest of both the owner and ProCore Property Solutions to rent property as soon as possible. Rentals are price sensitive. If property has not rented in a reasonable time period, usually two to four weeks, it is most commonly because the rent is higher than the current market condition warrant.

In developing the upcoming marketing plan, ProCore Property Solutions will proceed with the advertising and reduction in asking rents as follows:

• (Basic Package): $79 per 30 days: Rent sign in yard (as allowed per CC&R's for subdivision), Zidaho.com, Facebook, Front door, Google House, ProCore website, Trulia, and over 200 other sites by using postlets.com
• (Standard Package): $139 per 30 days: Above marketing PLUS standard ad in Rental's.com
  *Search engine optimization ensures Rentals.com appears near the top in Google, Yahoo!, and MSN search results.
• (Premier Package): $239.00 per 30 days: Includes the Basic and Standard package with additional marketing at Rental House.com (this package is most effective and is recommended for optimum results)
