We do not outsource tenant screenings to anyone else and all tenants are screened for credit, criminal background, evictions, rental and employment history.

- We use the latest technologies available to keep us cost effective and efficient and we pass this savings on to our clients. Tenants can pay rent online, owners receive electronic statements via email, and direct deposit is available to our owners at no additional cost.
- We are available to show properties to prospective tenants on the busiest days of the week (Saturday and Sunday) when other management companies are closed.
- We provide detailed accounting and customized reporting of all revenue and expenses related to your property using specialized property management accounting software (Tenant Pro 7).
- We work closely with Home Owners Associations to ensure CC&R's are followed and landscaping is maintained while the property is vacant or occupied. We visit all of our properties and provide bi-annual inspections when occupied.
- We send out all rent proceeds by the 6th of the month.
